We offer unique-Sail-Vacation-Holidays, for your Basic Sailing-Cruising & Couple Training in a relaxed mode for
Coastal-Ocean-Cruising. We also include the more advanced performance Sail training for long distance
cruises, 5 to 7 days on our Ocean Racing Yacht "Geronimo". She is a 42 foot all out Ocean Racer, for your
one-on-one training on her cruises to the Bahamas & Caribbean via or from Key West with some overnight
sailing but mostly we anchor or tie up for the evening. Superior beaches, clear emerald blue bays ideal for
snorkeling and oceanfront restaurants await you in the Caribbean. Island hopping in the Virgin Islands is
easy, due to deep water, line of sight navigation in protected waters with numerous anchorages where you
decide when you are ready to drop anchor and relax.
We also offer Performance-Crew-Training at our Base-Ports: 2-7 days, leave in the morning and return to Port
in the evening. See 2009/10 Regatta-Race Schedule for you to join as crew, such as the St. Petersburg Y.C.

| Couples Sailing or How I Discovered Life at Sea... I was introduced to sailing by Bruno several years ago. Before that time, I had absolutely no experience whatsoever sailing. So you might imagine my reluctance to learn how to sail. But I started going out with Bruno on the Vivacious, the 21' training boat. And because the Vivacious is so responsive to steering and movement, I learned how to sail a straight course, tack, dock the boat, all the basics I needed to enjoy sailing. Once I was out there on the water, I gained an appreciation for the swooshing sound of the boat gliding on the water, the wind in my hair and the glimpse of the pelican or dolphin going by. I don't think there is a better way to get close to nature than on a sailboat. And the last time I checked, the price of wind has not gone up - wish we could say that about gas prices! Sailing is not always under blue skies and calm conditions - and for those times when the weather gets rowdy (or "sporting" as Bruno calls it) - sail training will prepare you to safely maneuver your way out of that too! We got caught last summer between a waterspout and the Gulf of Mexico. Talk about nervous! But we just took the sails down, kept the boat steady and steered straight for the marina to safety. That's the type of safety preparedness you can expect only from an experienced performance ocean sailor. If you are a couple looking to see for yourself what sailing is all about, I highly recommend taking the 2-3 day training course. You don't have to sail across the Atlantic to experience the thrill of sailing. There are a number of short excursions along Florida's coastline that will prepare you for island hopping in the Caribbean or anywhere else you want to go. For our Florida visitors, Florida offers a variety of beaches, museums, restaurants and theme parks to keep you entertained when you are not sailing. Our packages are designed so you can sail all day, then enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant at night at your leisure. What a relaxing holiday! It also gives you a great opportunity to sail on different types of boats to see what type of boat you may want to charter or purchase someday. | FLOTILLA & SAIL TOURS No experience necessary! Join the Geronimo on a flotilla adventure tour from Florida, Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas, BVI and beyond! An escorted flotilla tour consists of a minimum of three boats up to twelve boats per tour. We have up to twelve boats available in Florida for a custom flotilla tour of your choice–between 7 to 14 days – to the destinations you wish to stop at along the way. Flotilla tours are very popular because they are a combination of an experienced lead boat with chartered boats of private individuals along for the sailing vacation of their own making. The captain of the Geronimo will guide you to your destinations and you will tie up with the Geronimo and other flotilla boats every evening – there can be up to twelve boats on the flotilla with the average boat sleeping 6 people. You have the freedom to sail on your own along the way and meet up with the group at prearranged destinations during the duration of the tour with plenty of time for snorkeling, cocktails on the beach and soaking up the sun. The captain and instructors are there to assist and guide you onto the achorage so you can explore the beauty of the coast and islands, restaurants and shops at your own pace. When you return at night to your flotilla boat, relax and share your adventures with the other members of the flotilla. The next morning you will start off on another sailing adventure, knowing that the lead boat Geronimo is there should you need any assistance along the way. We will customize your flotilla tour to your needs. Every evening we stop at beautiful bays for anchoring or marinas. As an added attraction, you have the option of sailing the Geronimo for a relaxed version of regatta practice on the tour. Instructors/Onboard Skippers/ASA/RYA certification available upon request.
